The new company will provide both pre and post sales services, including training and technical support. JETCAM UK Limited, a separately owned company, will offer the complete range of JETCAM CAM, nesting and material management products, including JETCAM’s flagship composite and sheet metal manufacturing suite, CrossTrack.
A new support infrastructure has been rolled out to coincide with the company’s foundation. In addition to traditional on-site support customers can request a virtual engineer who can be connected to their PCs within 30 seconds.
