Ken Amann, Executive Consultant at CIMdata, Inc, has more than 35 years of experience in the development of PLM, PDM, IT architectures, computer-based engineering applications, document and information management systems, and aerospace engineering. He has held senior positions in PLM marketing, development, and consulting.
Ken has developed and delivered PLM competitive analyses, provided market and product direction to PLM solution suppliers, and developed and implemented new product introduction strategies, including both organizational and technology changes. He has served as a PDM Marketing Manager and Technical Architect, Program Manager for PLM/PDM implementations, and has defined, developed, and implemented United States Department of Defense-compliant configuration management systems and Computer-Aided Acquisition and Logistic Support programs.
Former positions of Ken Amann include: Director of Research at CIMdata, Managing Director at PwC Consulting, Managing Director at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Managing Director at Price Waterhouse, and Program Manager at Control Data Corporation.

In 1967, Francis joined Dassault Aviation as a theoretical aerodynamics engineer. There, he specialized in the geometrical definition of aircraft and established a Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD / CAM) department where in 1977 he launched CATIA, the first 3-D designing system of its kind. In 1981, Francis Bernard set up Dassault Systèmes, a subsidiary created by Dassault Aviation to further develop CATIA, and was appointed President. Under his direction, Dassault Systèmes established a partnership with IBM to market CATIA worldwide and extended considerably the functionalities of CATIA, which evolved from a limited set of 3-D applications for aircraft design, into a modular and open architecture capable of integrating a large number of leading-edge applications. Francis retired from Dassault Systèmes at the end of 2006.
Now Francis is an Executive Advisor and a Member of the Board of several organizations : ESI Group, a French world leading software editor for the numerical simulation of mechanical structures, DEM Solutions, a British software editor for the numerical simulation of particles, Daesign, a company developing “Serious Games”, SquareClock (Smart Space Planning), and CapHorn Invest, a French Venture Capital company.
Francis Bernard was a keynote speaker at isicad-2004, isicad-2006, and isicad-2008 (all held in Novosibirsk).

He is the Founder & CEO of SYCODE and co-founder and CTO of Print3D Corporation. Both these companies were acquired by 3D Systems and he is now the 3D Systems Country Manager of India. He has in depth knowledge of the API’s of almost all CAD systems due to plug-ins he has developed for them for over a decade.

Oleg is an author of popular blogs (PLM Think Tank and Beyond PLM where he is sharing his thoughts and discussing various aspects of engineering and manufacturing software. He has spent his last 11 years working for Smart Solutions, SmarTeam, Enovia, Dassault Systems. Over these years, Oleg held various positions in R&D group and company management. Most recently he was ENOVIA SmarTeam Chief Technology Officer. Earlier, Oleg has been involved in distribution and development of Autodesk-based software in Israel.
