This release is a part of LGS Early Access Program conducted by LEDAS since April 2003.
An improved version will be available for the EAP participants only. User-defined curves support including tangency and incidence constraints was added to the 0.4b version. Equal Radius constraint support was added for circles. A number of improvements resulted in increasing of stability and performance of LGS.
